Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Lead Caregivers to provide high-quality support and training to our caregiving team. As a Lead Caregiver, you will enhance service quality by ensuring our caregivers possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and competency to serve our clients effectively. This role is ideal for CNAs passionate about leadership and senior care.

Responsibilities

• Travel to supported areas including San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Florence, Apache Junction, Mesa, Gold Canyon, Superior, Coolidge, Eloy, and Casa Grande.
• Train caregivers in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Identify on-the-job training opportunities for caregivers.
• Monitor client health, report changes, and match client needs with caregiver skills.
• Document care and maintain accurate records of client progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA.
• Experience with patient care, medication, monitoring, and senior care is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for training and helping caregivers improve.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and willingness to learn new technologies.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and staffing to match caregivers with clients.
• Support office operations and collaborate with leadership.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.

Benefits & Details

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour.
• Flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, paid time off.
• Shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours; day, evening, weekends, holidays, overtime as needed.
• Preferred: 1+ year caregiving experience, CNA license, ability to work and travel in Queen Creek, AZ, and willingness to relocate.
