Job Description

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Lead Caregiver supports the company's goals of providing clients with the 'continuity of care' they deserve and onsite training to caregivers at the start of their shifts. The Lead Caregiver will be available Friday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. At hiring, the schedule will be established collaboratively to ensure caregiving duties are fulfilled, with a guaranteed weekly commitment of 24 hours. Duties include:

• Caregiving: Fulfilling shifts due to call-offs, new cases, or unfilled client shifts
• Field Training: Starting new cases with caregivers, training current caregivers, and conducting quality check-in visits

Key Metrics

• Positive feedback from clients and caregivers
• Timely reporting of weekly notes to the Care Coordinator, no later than Monday

Skills and Qualifications

• CNA certification
• 5+ years of caregiving experience preferred
• Covid vaccinated preferred
• Current negative TB test
• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Willing to complete all employment requirements
• Reliable, efficient, and flexible
