Job summary

Home Instead is hiring a Care Pro Lead to support older adults across the greater Philadelphia area. Full-time role with guaranteed hours, 40 per week, Sunday-Thursday 8:00am-8:00pm. Pay range $20.00-$22.50/hr, with $800-$900 weekly pay before taxes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional caregiving experience (non-family) or active CNA/HHA/LPN/RN credentials, and is comfortable guiding other caregivers and using a scheduling app.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional caregiving experience with non-family clients.
• Active CNA, HHA, LPN or RN credential.
• Experience with personal care, transfers, dementia care, and end-of-life support.
• Calm, confident, and professional in changing or challenging care situations.
• Strong communication with clients, families, office staff, and fellow caregivers.
• Comfortable using a scheduling smartphone app.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, professional care to older adults in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, meals, and daily routines.
• Support clients with dementia care and end-of-life care needs.
• Help with new client starts to create a smooth and positive care experience.
• Step in for urgent or last-minute shift coverage to help prevent gaps in care.
• Review care plans and visit notes to understand each client's needs and preferences.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, office staff, and other caregivers.
• Provide hands-on support, guidance, and encouragement to other caregivers when needed.
