Home Instead is hiring a Care Pro Lead to support older adults in their homes across the greater Philadelphia area. This full-time role offers guaranteed 40 hours per week with Sunday-Thursday, 8:00am-8:00pm availability.

You will provide compassionate personal care, mobility assistance, dementia and end-of-life support, and help with new client starts and urgent coverage. Requirements include 5+ years of professional caregiving (non-family) or an active CNA/HHA/LPN/RN credential, plus strong

• 5+ years of professional caregiving experience, non-family, or an active CNA/HHA/LPN/RN credential.
• Experience with personal care, mobility, transfers, dementia care, and end-of-life support.
• Calm, professional approach and reliable in changing care situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate care to older adults in clients’ homes.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, meals, and routines.
• Support dementia and end-of-life care needs and welcome new clients.
• Communicate professionally with families, staff, and other caregivers.
• Step in for urgent shift coverage to prevent gaps in care.
• Review care plans and notes to understand client needs.
