Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Findlay, OH is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, ensuring exceptional, consistent resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team. You will lead shift assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, coach caregivers on quality and documentation, review charting for ISP alignment, monitor resident changes, and assist with onboarding and safety.

This role combines frontline care with people leadership, delivering compassionate service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications preferred.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care is ideal.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
