Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader and mentor for the caregiving team, ensuring consistent, high-quality resident care. You will coordinate coverage, monitor changes, and support onboarding while modeling professionalism and compassion.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications, and strong communication and delegation skills, with experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
