Sunrise Senior Living in Bloomfield Hills is hiring a Lead Caregiver to serve as shift leader, provide hands-on ADL support, and coach the caregiving team. You will review charting to align with Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monitor resident changes while promoting safety and compliance.

Onboarding and mentoring new staff are part of the role. The position is part-time, requires a high school diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid/Meds administration certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required.
• Experience in assisted living or senior care preferred.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed.
