Job summary

The City of Indianapolis and Marion County invites applications for the FYI Center Lead Care Coordinator to supervise FYI center case managers, specialists, and residents. You will support intake, crisis response, trainings, and safety planning under the FYI Director and Chief Probation Officers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling and 1 year supervised experience.
• Experience in public speaking, facilitation, organizational and analytical skills.
• Understanding of cultural values and norms.
• Knowledge of local community resources and barriers faced by youth.
• Ability to work with diverse staff and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FYI center case managers and residents.
• Lead intake and crisis response.
