Primary Responsibilities:

This Lead Caregiver role supports the Assisted Living team by overseeing daily operations, training colleagues, ensuring compliance, and enhancing resident satisfaction.

Key Duties:
  • Supervise and mentor caregivers to maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure proper staffing and assign daily tasks.
  • Conduct resident rounds to address concerns promptly.
  • Monitor medication passes and treatments for accuracy.
  • Review reports and assist with audits.
  • Support hiring efforts through interviews and events.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new staff.
  • Act as a liaison between families, residents, and staff.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
