Qualifications

• Primary Medical Qualification.
• Full GMC Registration.
• FRCS (C-Th) or equivalent.
• Entry onto the GMC Specialist Register (within 6 months from AAC).
• National or International Fellowship in heart and lung transplantation.

Responsibilities

• Perform heart and lung transplantation and retrievals as a lead clinician.
• Manage donor offers, undertake transplantation and post-operative care.
• Contribute to MCS service, EVLP, NOAH/ARC activities and multidisciplinary meetings.
