Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead cardiovascular care in our cardiac clinics. You will supervise RN, LPN, and PCT staff, coordinate plans of care, and support physicians.

Qualifications

• RN with ASN or BSN
• Minimum of 3+ years of cardiovascular experience
• BLS; ACLS a plus
• Certification in device management (IBHRE) a plus
• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology, and rhythm interpretation
• Strong EKG/arrhythmia interpretation skills and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiac care for patients with devices and specialized needs
• Perform device testing and data interpretation
• Acquire and interpret ECG tracings and rhythms
• Educate patients and families on device systems and care plans
• Triage device issues and coordinate with EP physicians
• Coordinate remote follow-up visits and testing
• Supervise and coach RN, LPN, and PCT staff
• Maintain records of device advisories, recalls, and alerts
