Executive Jet Management in Henderson, NV seeks a Lead Captain (PIC) for Gulfstream G550. The role requires 3,500+ total flight hours, PIC and MEL experience, and relocation to Las Vegas area. You will lead a two-pilot account, work with maintenance, and uphold EJM standards.

The package includes top-tier compensation between $250k and $300k per year, robust benefits and a committed, safety-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3500 hours.
• MEL: 1500 hours minimum.
• Pilot in Command: 2000 hours.
• PIC MEL: 500 hours.
• Instrument: 300 hours.

Responsibilities

• Leads flight department as PIC for a Gulfstream G550.
• Manages client relations and flight scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs, CRM and TEM.
• Completes flight planning, weight and balance for each mission.
