Executive Jet Management is seeking a Lead Pilot in Command for a Gulfstream G550 based in Henderson, NV (KHND). The role leads a two-pilot department with a dedicated maintenance tech and cabin attendant, flying P91 owner flights and P135 charters.

Must reside in or relocate to the Las Vegas area. Strong GV/550/G450 type rating preferred; total flight time ~3500 hrs with PIC MEL and instrument hours. Base salary ranges from $250,000 to $300,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior P135 experience.
• FAA Type rating GV/550/450 (Strongly preferred).
• Must reside in or relocate to the Las Vegas area.
• Total flight time: 3500 hours.
• Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours.
• Pilot in Command: 2000 hours.
• PIC MEL: 500 hours.
• Instrument: 300 hours.
• Jet: 500 hours.

Responsabilités

• Leads Flight Department success and manages client relationships.
• Coordinates with maintenance for aircraft events and SOP compliance.
• Handles administrative duties and schedules for the flight department.
• Supports crew and enforces CRM/TEM practices.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance for designated department.
