Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a Lead Captain & Flight Operations Manager to oversee the corporate aviation department. You will lead flight operations for the Challenger 604, ensure safety, reliability, and cost-conscious decisions, and serve as a trusted advisor to company leadership.

The role drives flight readiness, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, scheduling, crew development, and passenger experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
• Must hold FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Challenger 604 or CL-600 type rating required.
• Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 2,000 hours PIC.
• Minimum 1,000 hours turbine PIC.
• Minimum 1,000 hours multi-engine flight time.
• Significant Part 91 corporate aviation experience.
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations, international operations, CRM and risk management.
• Experience coordinating aircraft maintenance with providers.
• Ability to pass background and drug testing.
• Ability to work a variable schedule and respond to changing travel needs.
