Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a Lead Captain based in Bozeman, MT. You will serve as PIC or SIC, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage training coordination with key stakeholders while upholding CLA's culture.

The role requires a DA-900 rating, ATP, First Class Medical, and current flight credentials. Significant responsibility for crew schedules, expense review, and ensuring safety under Part 91/135 rules. Full-time, lucrative compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• DA-900 type rating required.
• First Class Medical Required.
• Applicable FAA Part 91 and/or Part 135 requirements for aircraft type assigned.
• ATP certificate required and must remain current.
• Driver's License and Passport required.
• Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Act as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) as designated.
• Ensure compliance with flight and maintenance schedules and directives.
• Monitor flight and duty times as per GOM for Part 135 or Part 91.
• Coordinate with DOM/ACM to manage scheduling and training.
• Review monthly billing summaries and report discrepancies.
• Lead and mentor flight department staff and ensure CSA culture.
