Job summary

Silver Air, LLC is seeking a Lead Captain / ARM to safely operate Dassault Falcon 900B jets and lead a high-performing crew. You will manage flight planning, fuel, weight and balance, and ensure compliance with SAF and FARs. The ARM role includes liaison with owners, maintenance coordination, and crew scheduling in a private jet environment.

This full-time position requires extensive flight hours, PIC experience, and a current First Class Medical. CANPASS is preferred for Canada travel.

Qualifications

• Total time in all aircraft: 3500 hours total / 3000 hours as PIC.
• Multi-engine time: 3000 hours / 2000 hours as PIC.
• Total turbine time: 1750 hours preferred.
• Total time in airplane type: 200 hours / 100 hours as PIC.
• Type rated on DA-50 or comparable aircraft.
• Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
• CANPASS authorization required for unrestricted travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew.
• Review maintenance status and conduct pre-flight inspections.
• Plan and execute flight operations for private jets.
• Follow all policies and FARs applicable to operations.
• Lead ARM responsibilities and coordinate with owners and crew.
• Schedule flight crew for charters and owner flights; manage crew planning.
