This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and hands‑on experience in candle-making. The ideal candidate will create an enjoyable and educational experience for participants while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead candle‑making workshops for groups of various sizes, ensuring an engaging and informative experience.
• Prepare and organize all necessary materials, tools, and ingredients before each class.
• Educate participants on candle‑making techniques, fragrance blending, and safety procedures.
• Assist with private and corporate events, tailoring classes to meet client needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop space.
• Provide guidance and support to attendees, answering any questions and troubleshooting as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques or products to enhance workshops.
• Support company‑wide events and special promotions when needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in candle-making, crafting, or a related field is required.
