Job summary

Qualifications

• Master in Genetic Counseling.
• Board Certification by ABGC.
• Minimum of five years experience as a genetic counselor in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and professional leadership in planning and executing day-to-day activities of the Genetic Counselors at LCI.
• Develops operating goals and objectives for the unit and implements methods to enhance operations.
• Identifies opportunities for genetic counselor participation in presentations and outreach activities such as tumor boards and cancer committees.
