Job summary

Genuine Foods is seeking a Lead Cook / Cook Supervisor in Odessa, TX to execute daily and weekly menus in a school setting, lead a team of cooks, and oversee prep and food safety to meet company recipes and sanitation standards.

You will follow Genuine recipes, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering engaging meals. This is a full-time hourly role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of line cook or culinary experience.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Willingness to learn the USDA National School Lunch Program compliance.
• Must be flexible, team-oriented, and reliable.
• Able to climb stairs and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
