Job summary

Steve & Kate's is seeking Field Trip staff in Frisco, TX to supervise campers during field trips and activities. You will chaperone, travel by bus between stops, and ensure safety and wellness while engaging with children in creative play.

The role requires a minimum of 18 years old, 2+ months of camp experience, and First Aid & CPR certification before Day 1. Compensation is hourly, with a wage range of $16.50–$19.00, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Chaperon field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops with kids.
• Actively supervising campers.
• Ensure compliance with Camp Policies.
• Reporting and recording details of notable concerns or incidents, and injuries to campers or staff.
• Keeping track of camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
