Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher requirement with years of related experience as specified in the posting.
• Experience in calibration, metrology, or measurement systems within manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems.
• Understanding of calibration traceability, measurement uncertainty, and reliability.
• Willingness to travel <10% and obtain security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate external calibration services and ensure traceability and documentation per AS9100/ISO 17025.
• Lead investigations of out-of-tolerance conditions and support impact assessments.
• Lead internal and external audits related to calibration and quality systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and QA to resolve calibration issues.
• Serve as SME for metrology and calibration operations; develop procedures and mentor staff.
• Implement quality controls to ensure instrument accuracy and reliability in production.
• Lead metrology development projects for new instrumentation and methods.
• Support MSA studies for problem-solving and new product qualifications.
