Qualifications

• Revit experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project designs including site civil plans, commercial site plans, residential subdivisions, and related documents.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams and provide construction administration as required.
• Coordinate with municipal departments for permit applications and reviews.
• Present to Planning Board and the public as needed.
• Perform site reconnaissance and maintain drafting standards.
