Responsibilities

• Lead others in assembling, sanding, finishing cabinet pieces, maintaining woodworking machinery, and organizing The Cabinet Shop.
• This position will require the use of routers and saws.
• Be responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining materials, products, and tools needed for the project.
• Lead with cutting and mitering cabinet frames, doors and trimming in a manner that ensures a high yield.
• Lead the team with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• Know and be able to use cabinet software.
• Design experience a must.
• Design, fabrication, and skilled install of custom cabinets.
• Producing skilled, high quality products.
• Finishing high quality products within the allotted time frame.
