Job summary

The Cabinet Shop in Eden, Utah is seeking a dedicated cabinet assembler to join a team focused on building high-quality custom cabinets. You will work both as a team member and individually, applying precision, reading shop drawings, and following procedures.

Responsibilities include assembling, sanding, finishing, organizing materials and tools, and leading cutting and mitering with routers and saws to ensure a high yield. PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking and finishing.
• Able to lift 100 pounds regularly.
• Read and understand shop drawings.
• Professional on job sites and in workplace.
• Precise and accurate measurements are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead others in assembling, sanding, finishing cabinet pieces and maintaining machinery.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain materials, products and tools for projects.
• Lead cutting and mitering of cabinet frames, doors and trim for high yield.
• Oversee miscellaneous tasks as needed by the team.
• Work with routers and saws to build high-quality cabinets.

A successful candidate should have a desire to create beautiful custom cabinets, they must be a self-starter, and able to work as a team and as individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead others in assembling, sanding, cleaning, finishing cabinet pieces, maintaining woodworking machinery, and organizing The Cabinet Shop.
• This position will require the use of routers and saws.
• Be responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining materials, products, and tools needed for the project.
• Lead with cutting and mitering cabinet frames, doors and trimming in a manner that ensures a high yield.
• Lead the team with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
