Clear Millwork in Ventura, CA is seeking an experienced Cabinetmaker Lead to build custom high-end cabinets and casework. You will lead projects in a shop with CNC, edge bander and wood working machinery, collaborating with clients, architects, and trades to realize design intent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of cabinet construction experience.
• Knowledge of different cabinetry materials.
• Keen attention to detail and strong craftsmanship.
• Skilled with common hand and power tools.
• Troubleshooting and communication under pressure.
• Physical stamina for lifting and working at heights.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Use of tools and machinery for general woodworking.
• Read and interpret shop drawings.
• Ensure all dimensions and cabinetry information are correct.
• Perform assembly, glue ups and sanding.
