Salary Range: $33.00 To $38.00 Hourly
We are a dynamic millwork and cabinetry shop based in Ventura, California, operating out of a spacious 12,000-square-foot facility. We craft custom cabinetry, molding, and furniture for upscale residential clients in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Pacific Palisades, and Beverly Hills.

About the role:
Clear Millwork is seeking an experienced, talented and hardworking Cabinetmaker Leadto build custom high-end cabinets and casework. Our shop features a state-of-the-art CNC machine, edge bander, and various other wood working machinery where we build beautiful, high-end products for our clients and construction projects.
You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other trades to bring our signature custom cabinetry, millwork, and furniture designs to life. This role offers the opportunity to lead challenging, rewarding projects while mentoring team members and honing your craft in an inspiring and collaborative environment.
