Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Cabinet Installation Team Lead to direct on-site finish carpentry for premium kitchen transformations in northern New Jersey. If you have 10+ years of hands-on experience, your own tools, and a talent for delivering 5-star customer experiences on-site, this is a leadership role with a growing, award-winning team.

You will lead the installation crew, ensure precise cabinetry work, and maintain high standards of site cleanliness and professionalism while coordinating

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of hands-on finish carpentry or cabinetry installation experience.
Own and maintain standard finish carpentry and installation tools.
Strong client-facing skills and ability to deliver exceptional service in homes.

Responsibilities

Direct the installation team as Foreman, sequencing daily tasks for a fast, efficient pace.
Install new cabinetry, modify cabinet boxes, and perform flawless cabinet refacing.
Install end panels, crown molding, toe kicks, hinges, drawers, and soft-close hardware with precision.
Report daily progress, material needs, and site conditions to the Project Manager.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and protect client property while upholding standards.
