Job summary

dnata is seeking a Cabin Cleaning Supervisor in New York, USA to supervise and perform safe, efficient aircraft cabin cleaning. You will ensure thorough cleaning per guidelines, and verify supplies for arrivals in accordance with EPA and company procedures.

You will train Cabin Service personnel, manage scheduling, monitor supplies, and uphold safety through daily briefings and audits. FAA/airport authorizations are required or maintained.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform essential functions, including standing, lifting, bending and walking.
• Push, pull, lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) regularly.
• Ascend/descend jet-way stairs.
• Ability to understand and react to verbal and visual commands and safety warnings.
• Prior supervisor experience in Cabin Cleaning preferred.
• Possess/maintain FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough aircraft cleaning following training guidelines and specifications.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are ready for reach arrival, following procedures.
• Ensure compliance with TSA and FAA regulations and policies.
• Deliver consistently to the company’s and customer’s standards.
• Train Cabin Service personnel and assist in scheduling.
• Monitor and request all supplies needed in operation.
• Perform the same or similar work as assigned to the group being supervised.
• Establish a culture that promotes safety through daily observation and training.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with policies and laws.
• Schedule personnel as per operational needs.
