We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between Technology and the Separate Account and Trust Operations business. You will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, technology leads, engineers, quality engineers and delivery professionals to improve strategic accounting and trading platforms and reporting services. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and specifications, coordinate delivery across project teams, and help solve complex business problems while keeping work aligned with schedules and budgets. This position is performed in a hybrid manner with a mix of work performed from our office in Newark, New Jersey and remotely. You will work on a Scrum team within a SAFe Agile framework. Success in this role requires analytical and technical expertise, sound judgment, clear communication, collaboration, business insight, an inclusive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
