Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with student admissions or related higher education admissions is preferred.
• Strong skills in data analysis, process improvement, and training users.

Responsibilities

• Collects data, analyzes operations, and suggests improvements to technology plans.
• Designs, delivers, and improves in-house software applications and courseware.
• Configures and maintains Slate and related technology portals for recruitment and enrollment.
• Develops dashboards or reporting solutions for leadership and end users.
• Provides training and ongoing support to system users.
