Job summary

Transamerica Corporation seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst – Finance IT to drive AI-enabled finance technology. You will bridge ET Finance IT, Enterprise Technology, and business stakeholders to modernize ERP, EPM, Treasury, Tax, and reporting platforms with automation and advanced analytics.

You’ll translate complex financial needs into AI-ready solutions, define data requirements, and lead testing and governance efforts across multiple finance domains.
