Summary: In this role, you will lead business solutions architecture across multiple domains and business units to translate business strategy into scalable solutions. You will partner with clients, product management, delivery leaders, and technical teams to connect business vision with technical implementation, establish capability and solution roadmaps, and influence enterprise architecture decisions that support strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop business capability and solution roadmaps aligned with business strategy and enterprise priorities.
• Partner with product management and delivery leaders to align product roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Translate business requirements into solutions that align with the broader enterprise architecture and business context.
• Lead the development, formalization, and communication of business solutions across multiple domains and business units.
• Advise clients and leaders on the value, impact, and strategic importance of proposed solutions.
• Present solution recommendations, architecture direction, and program updates to executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities to reuse and optimize business capabilities and processes across organizational areas.
• Collaborate with business analysts, application architects, and cross-functional teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards and strategic goals.
• Influence enterprise decisions and build alignment among business, product, and technology leaders.
• Advance business architecture practices, standards, and approaches across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, business architecture, solutions architecture, or a related discipline required.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide business strategies and architecture solutions across multiple business areas preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and requirements into scalable solution architectures.
• Demonstrated experience presenting recommendations and influencing decisions with executive leadership strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $236,600.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
