Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking a seasoned business analyst to define scope, map data flows, and configure application modules. The role focuses on translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring alignment with Epic Upgrades and system upgrades.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements, and oversee small to mid-size projects through the SDLC. A Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience are required, with occasional night shifts and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Eight years of relevant technical or business experience.
• Experience with requirements management and process design.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes and functional specifications; map data; configure transaction/control tables.
• Understand business processes to analyze requirements and design solutions for business functions.
• Identify and resolve gaps in business processes.
• Participate in security/authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
• Light programming to develop workarounds and support modifications; assist in installation and tuning.
