Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Master’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; or a BA with 15+ years may be accepted.
• Experience with enterprise-level business process definition, current-state and gap analysis, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Analyze current state, gaps, benchmarking, best practices identification, organizational assessment, and related tasks.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to define system requirements and controls.
• Plan and implement future-state design, change management, and transition planning.
• Deliver presentations and training with measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
