Preferred Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelors degree in business administration, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2. Demonstrated expertise in banking and fintech ecosystems, including digital banking, payments, lending, deposits, and emerging industry trends, with the ability to translate market innovation into business value.
• 3. Knowledge of modern technology architectures and AI-enabled operating models, including cloud-native platforms, APIs, event-driven design, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and product-based delivery models.
