LEAD, BUSINESS INSIGHTS & ACTIVATION, HHDDA - Vietnam, Philippines & Region (Associate Director)

1. Act as the primary point of contact for the market leadership teams for 2 cluster AP markets and the region (including Managing Directors, Business Unit Directors, Commercial Operations Directors including Product Managers and Commercial Operations Managers).
2. Collaborate closely with business and project managers to realize value by understanding business needs, translating them into end-to-end DDA solutions, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective service delivery.
3. Accelerate execution and value realization in markets through applying expertise in Digital, Data & Analytics, Customer Engagement, or Automation & Compliance.
4. Address problems and issues, manage resolutions, and implement stakeholder engagement plans. Collect feedback to measure stakeholder management effectiveness and develop relationships.
5. Manage a team of 2-3 Business Analysts to define scope, requirements, and prioritization for initiatives, facilitating stakeholder input and effective prioritization.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• 10-15+ years of experience leading P&L in Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, with expertise in Digital, Data Analytics, and Innovation.
• Deep understanding of Vietnam, Philippines & Region; fluency in English; strong data synthesis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across functions, with cultural sensitivity.
• Strong project and people management skills, with a visionary yet execution-focused mindset.
• Bachelor's in Data Science, Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related; MBA preferred.
