  • Support maintenance of accurate, detailed documentation of compliance requirements, functional specifications, regulatory FAQs, and customer-facing guides.
  • Conduct gap assessments of existing product functionality against current regulatory standards, recommending product or documentation updates as needed.
  • Support development and execution of UAT/test plans for new and updated compliance-related features to ensure alignment with law and business need.
  • Monitor compliance-related product feedback from customers and assist with the resolution of any product compliance questions or concerns, providing clear and timely communication.
  • Track and report on compliance requirements and status using ticketing and documentation management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • As needed, participate in customer meetings, demos, and webinars to support education/discussion on compliance features, product updates, and evolving legal/regulatory trends.
Required Qualifications and Technical Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree (business, information systems, or related field); advanced degree or certification a bonus.
  • 3+ years (analyst) or 5+ years (senior analyst) experience in business analysis within a compliance, SaaS, HR technology, or similar regulated environment.
Essential Attributes and Capabilities
  • Strong ability to define and document business and functional requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven customer engagement in product, documentation, or support settings.
  • Hands-on experience working within agile software development teams and cycles.

  • Experience in regulatory compliance analysis, requirements traceability, and automated testing/validation tools in SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar project management/documentation tools.
  • Awareness of global leave compliance as a bonus.

As a member of a rapidly growing and dynamic organization, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
