Join to apply for the Lead Bus Driver role at East Coast Migrant Head Start Project.

We are seeking a Lead Bus Driver in Alexandria, IN. As the Lead Bus Driver, you will ensure all bus staff provide safe, reliable, and on-time transportation for children enrolled in the program, following the ECMHSP Transportation Manual. Your responsibilities include monitoring, supervising, maintaining records and reports, and potentially serving as a substitute Bus Driver when needed.

Compensation: $3000 Sign-On Bonus

About Us: We are a nonprofit Head Start organization established in 1974, serving migrant and seasonal farmworker children and families across 50 campuses in 10 states, supporting nearly 3,000 children annually.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED, CDL (Class A or B) with P & S endorsements, one year bus driving experience, School Bus Driver Certificate of Training, supervisory experience.
• Accepted: High School Diploma or GED, CDL (Class A or B) with P & S endorsements, School Bus Driver Certificate of Training.
• DOT physical and drug screening required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
