American Welding & Gas, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Bulk Cryogenic Distribution Manager to lead Beaumont-area operations.

This leadership role focuses on routing, dispatch, safety, and regulatory compliance to keep drivers, equipment, and customers moving safely and efficiently. You will supervise CDL drivers, optimize routes, and drive continuous improvement in delivery performance, with emphasis on safety, accountability, and exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in transportation, dispatch, logistics, or fleet-management.
• Experience supervising CDL drivers in bulk hauling or regulated operations.
• Know-how of DOT, FMCSA, Hours-of-Service, and hazardous-material transport requirements.
• Strong route-planning, scheduling, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate in a 24/7 delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize daily/weekly delivery routes.
• Assign loads and routes to CDL drivers and communicate schedules.
• Monitor deliveries and respond to delays or issues.
• Coordinate with production plants, terminals, and service teams.
• Monitor tank telemetry, inventory, and prevent runouts.
• Lead safety and compliance initiatives.
