Job summary

American Welding & Gas, Inc. seeks an experienced Cryogenic Service Technician to service and install bulk gas systems in Beaumont, TX. You will work on cryogenic vessels, vaporizers, and related equipment at customer sites and AWG locations, ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years cryogenic experience, and a valid Class A CDL is a strong plus. Travel, after-hours availability, and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install propane and cryogenic storage vessels and equipment at customer and AWG locations.
• Service cryogenic storage vessels and equipment at customer and AWG locations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of NFPA 55 and other applicable CGA standards.
• Demonstrate quality brazing techniques. Certifications preferred.
• Practice safe handling of hand tools and power tools used in installation and maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, flow sheets, equipment layout, piping drawings, and electrical schematics.
