Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising building trades journeypersons and leadpersons.
• Ability to read blueprints and work from plans.
• Experience in cost estimates for labor and materials.
• Knowledge of safety practices for building trades.

Responsibilities

• Schedule material flow and staff work assignments.
• Supervise plumbers and carpenters across the facility.
• Prepare budgets, COBCP, SRP, and Section 6 documents.
• Prepare work orders, cost estimates, and requisitions.
• Review vacation and sick leave requests; prepare performance reports.
• Meet daily with staff to review workloads and progress.
