The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to travel between sites. Valid ICC certifications or the ability to obtain them within a timeframe is preferred; driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to verify code compliance.

• Perform on-site inspections during construction to evaluate integrity of systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Document findings accurately and prepare thorough reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors to address compliance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in issuing citations, stop-work orders, or other enforcement actions when needed.
