Job summary

Walker Consultants is seeking a senior building envelope consultant in Houston to deliver expert enclosure consulting for new and existing structures. You will lead investigations, design evaluations, and reports, coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of building envelope experience in design, construction, or consulting.
• Licensing as RA/PE; building envelope certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage building envelope projects from investigation through construction administration.
• Lead site inspections and field testing; develop technical reports.
• Prepare proposals and defined scopes of work.
• Oversee development of contract documents, drawings, specs.
• Conduct peer reviews of enclosure details and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients and Walker team to deliver solutions.
