Job Title: Lead Building Engineer - HVAC

Job Summary: Responsible for operation, replacement, repair, and maintenance of building-related mechanical, electrical, control systems, plumbing, air handling units, pumps, heat exchangers, and other mechanical systems. Tasks include lifting heavy equipment, responding to service calls, and overseeing routine maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate, replace, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Install electrical circuits, repair fixtures, and perform minor carpentry and electrical tasks.
• Maintain and clean HVAC components, assemble and repair water systems, and inspect emergency generators.
• Order materials, perform preventive maintenance, and record inspections.

Qualifications:

• Trade certification in HVAC, Electrical, Hydraulics, or Plumbing.
• At least 3 years of experience in building maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of building auxiliary systems and safe work practices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday
