What this job involves –

Coordinates and executes preventive maintenance and repair activities across a designated geographic area. Ensures all work adheres to Jones Lang LaSalle's quality standards and protocols, as well as critical environment specifications. Implements and supports established strategies to enhance the safety, reliability, and efficiency of buildings, their systems, and equipment across a designated geographic area. Assist in identifying opportunities to apply these strategies effectively within the territory. Provides maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems, Glycol Chillers, door & gates systems, building envelope systems, grounds and parking lots, interior finish systems, lighting systems, and various other R&M (repair and maintenance) tasks associated with operation of a commercial and Broadcasting properties.

Your day to day:

• Checks malfunctioning equipment and ascertains corrective action required to restore to satisfactory operating condition.
• Supervises and implements the preventative maintenance program.
• Specific duties include but are not limited to: Scheduling of preventative maintenance with a minimum disruption of building services, performing and/or delegating preventative maintenance tasks to the appropriately Vendors.
• Orders parts and equipment required for repair, maintenance and installation of new equipment and facilities, and maintains inventory.
• Complies with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Maintains a clean and safe workplace
• Performs hands on task as needed ensuring all safety processes are followed.

• Keep stakeholders informed on resolution steps, timelines, and impact.
• Strong email communication
• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units, VRF systems, Generators,
• Monitor electrical systems
• Oversee plumbing systems and ensure proper functioning
• Identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Enter wo request in LL system.
• Facilitate and schedule meetings with clients as needed.
• Provide back up assistance to staff.
• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned
• Ensure transparency by providing regular status reports.
• Communicate timelines and delivery expectations clearly and consistently.
• Ensure technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance logs are clear and up to date
• Serve as the technical representative in client meetings or vendor negotiations

• Capable of working in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, humid ect.)
• Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and in confined spaces when necessary

Estimated total compensation for this position:
