Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead Building Engineer to provide engineering leadership across a multi-state market and coordinate with property teams to implement national engineering standards.

The role focuses on developing and monitoring technical programs, safety, sustainability, and energy management while optimizing maintenance to reduce downtime and protect asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of management level experience in facilities/property maintenance, engineering, the installation and operation of Building Systems (HVAC, plumbing, Fire/Life Safety).
• 10 years of Operations or Program management of commercial property experience
• Experience in building operations and knowledge of applicable building codes and standards
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead multi-site teams

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the engineering team in a multi-state market.
