Stand Out For Good, Inc. is hiring a Senior Stylist in Estero, FL. The role supports the Store Leader, mentors stylists, and drives a memorable bridal shopping experience with strong visual merchandising. You’ll plan events, help grow brand awareness, and contribute to community engagement while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will champion product knowledge, train the team, and help recruit and manage store operations, embodying a fun, passionate company culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in an elevated service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bride's advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences
• Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and AOV
• Deliver innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments
• Leverage your product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, acting as the culture cheerleader for your team
• Support your Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operational tasks
