Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in elevated service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as bride’s advocate delivering unique guest experiences.
• Champion product knowledge and styling training to drive sales.
• Deliver ideas to grow brand awareness and generate appointments.
• Create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising.
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, acting as culture cheerleader.
• Support Store Leader with recruitment and community outreach.
