Job summary

Monticello High School in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a Head Boys Tennis Coach to lead the program, develop student-athletes, and uphold VHSL standards.

This is a part-time, temporary coaching role with after-school and weekend duties. The coach will organize practices, travel with teams to matches, and collaborate with parents and the community to foster a positive athletic environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of VHSL rules and regulations.
• Coaching experience required.
• Preference for Virginia teaching license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coach head boys tennis after school hours including practices and matches.
• Travel with student-athletes to contests as needed.
• Work with parents and community to promote the program.
• Maintain discipline and a positive team culture.
