Job summary

Capitol Building Supply, Inc. - Marshall is seeking a Boom Operator / Crew Leader to safely operate a commercial vehicle and deliver materials to residential and commercial sites. You will load/unload, inspect equipment, and maintain compliance records while prioritizing safety and customer service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and the ability to work independently. Overtime and benefits are available, with a base wage up to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Minimum Class B License; Class A preferred.
• Clear three-year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team, lead and delegate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect trucks/trailers for defects and ensure safe operation; load/unload materials onto flatbeds or boom trucks and deliver to job sites.
• Maintain records for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Report all accidents involving driver or equipment; ensure safety and customer service.
